Method:

1 GK or rotating GK every 6 shots.

Team of players divided into two groups. Mix strikers, midfielders and defenders within each team.

Two coaches along the end line acting as servers/passers.

All shots must be taken from a prescribed distance.

1st red player up will receive a pass from the coach 1 for an immediate shot. On scoring or missing, receivers an immediate second pass from the other coach 2. NO TOUCHES ALLOWED. Immediate shot.
If the red player scores one of the two shots, he is through and joins at the end of the team line. If he misses both shots, he is out of the competition.
The successful red player who scores both shots has the option of challenging the next blue opposition player to score both their shots or face elimination.
Keep going with alternative red and blue players until only one player is left. This player is deemed the winner for that team.
Losing team completes a forfeit decided by the winning team.
