3 minutes the Four players in the inside, two from each color. The ball has to find someone on the outside and pass the ball. The middle player that passes the ball, takes the person's place outside. The person outside takes a positive touch into the open space away from the other color. They can combine for points while keeping possession to get the ball on the outside.

3 8v 4 + 4 minutes the Four players defending can win the ball and score right away - if they combine with a neutral it is worth 3 points. The ball has to find someone on the outside(neutrals) and score. s The person outside takes a positive touch into the open space away from the other color. They can combine for points while keeping possession to get the ball on the outside.
