Strength/Speed/Coordination/Balance.

-Player starts at A position and finishes at A position completing all obstacles including the area.

-Player note, only working at 100% between exercises, once player is out of drill they can jog at 50% until next obstacle.

-Area- 15metres between each pole creating a square shape. The equipment is to be placed every 5metres roughly.
