Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)

2v1 in the end zones
Organisation: Coach is working with the red defending. Position yourself in a place where you can see the whole game. You may want to coach the middle unit
Explanations: Start with the GK. The blues will then try and break through the lines and have the option of scoring into one of the mini goals. The reds will defending the lines if they win possession back they get a chance to score a goal. Bonus points will be awarded for passes completed and split passes
The progression will see the blues have more freedom within the zones. Hopefully leading to more success and creating problems for the Reds. The coach needs towork with the Reds on finding the balance of pressing the ball and breaking passing lines into the player in the shaded area
3v1 in centre
Gk starts with the ball the aim for the blues is to pass through the lines of Reds and score in the mini goals
The coach will predominately work the red to try and stop the blues from breaking the lines
