Practice Organisation:
- A 20x20yd grid with 2 small goals 12yds apart on one side line.
- D lines up with ball along side A.
- There is a line marked halfway between the goals.
- Practice starts with: D passes to A and overlaps goalside.
- A must dribble to atleast to the marked line.
- Tries to score in either of the goals, using U turns, Stop & Starts, Feints or Changes of Direction.

Learning Objectives
Shooting Drill.
Improve finishing with one touch.
Lines of feeders behind the goal line. Ball fed diagonally to shooting line. Ball fed on the floor at a speed to allow the shooter to strike the ball first time. Shooters encouraged to move towards the ball where possible.
Coaching points.
Placement v power.
Keep weight going forward in order to keep the shot down.
Follow up shot for rebound.
Make adjustments for poor feeds.
Progressions:
Lofted feed in order to strike on volley
Lofted feeds in order to head to goal.
Driven pass, shoot in two touches.

Practice Organisation:
*4v4.
IP: Looking at players trying to create space, can players be on a passing angle all the time.
OP: Make the pitch as small as possible, trying to stay "compact".

Rondo 4v2 (With Middle Man) (20 mins)
Conditions -
All players must
1. Receive on the back foot
2. Play in 2 touch
3. Create passing lines at all times
4. Players feet must be inside the pitch at all times
5. Players must keep their bum on the line
6. The player on the ball must have two supporting players to the left and right that are level with the defender.
7. The game is started with spot and play.
8. The middle player can only receive the ball through the middle of the blue players.
Breaking of these rules result in that player becoming the defender
The game is refereed by the player in the middle, this is to develop mistake management and correct technique.
Scoring -
A goal is scored by the red players playing a successful pass through the middle of the two blue players to the middle man who switches the ball to the player on the opposite side.
