Defending The Box
Two teams of four will be playing in the central area, asshown in the diagram, while four more players (Yellow)will be spread out evenly in the wide areas.
The coach (C) begins each attack by playing into the attacking team (Red).
The attacking team has three minutes to score as many goals as possible against the defending team.
The attacking team can only use the outside players (Yellow)to combine and create goalscoring chances.
If the attacking team scores from outside the box, they will score one goal. Any goal scored inside the box isworth two.
If the defending team steals possession and scores in the opposition goal, they will score three goals.
Ball always starts from coach (C) if goal scored or ball goes out starts with attacking team.
