-As soon as the back 3 or GK on the blue team receive the ball, the white team need to push up high to prevent blue's from pressing deep. This is the GK role to communicate with the team to motivate and instruct players to push up.
-2 CM players are stood between both players (CM), around 5 yards away, as soon as the ball has left the oppositions feet to be played to either CM players, closest CM for whites will travel with speed on an angle, ball side goal side to press.
-Whilst the one CM is pressing, both FB & WMF moves to in line to corner of 18 yard area, covering the space for counter attack.

Organisation
-2 goals for the defending team to score in
- To start with the ball must be played to the Blue CM allowing the whites to try and get the play out wide. After this ball will be played to either Blue FB to allow reds to try and get the play back inside. Free play will then be available.
Key points
-Speed, curved run & angle of approach to ball.
-Distance from ball when pressing.
-Pressure, cover & balance.
-Communication
-As the RM presses, RB covers on an angle around 5 yards away.
-Showing opponents outside or across pitch.
-Preventing Crosses and runs into area.
WMF: when blue FB is in possession can you press at an angle that forces them to play to their winger but also cuts off a pass to the CM or CF. If they pass to the winger can you offer defensive support to your FB by tracking a run.
CM: Can you position yourself between your WMF and their CM to prevent a cutting pass to their CF whilst close enough to intercept or press if the blue FB plays to the CM. This should prevent the FB from playing infield leading them into wide areas.
FB: The red FB should position themselves close enough for the Winger feel under pressure that they receive passes into feet with FB playing on their inside shoulder showing them wide; it is important the FB doesn’t press too much as the winger may spin off and be behind the defence but also not stand off to allow the winger to turn and face the goal.
CB: Should be ready to provide defensive cover to the FB if they get beat inside but only a short distance away from the CF, also prepared to cut out any passes into the CF feet.
