Shooting 1 - Control and shoot (10-15 mins)
Good first set up touch - Shoot
Advanced - receiving with inside or outside of foot etc.
A and B switch lines after passing and shooting
C and D do the same thing
Change sides after X amount of time
MAIN COACHING POINT: Plant foot, contact--no side spin
