10 - Drills
A) Right Foot Only
B) Left Foot Only
C) In & Out Both feet / Outside/Inside
D) All Outside / Outside-Outside (switch)
E) Outside V-Step / V-Pull Outside
F) The V Combo (Right) / V-Pull Behind + V-Pull Outside
G) The V Combo (Left) / V-Pull Behind + V-Pull Outside
H) Backwards - V-Stop
I) The Slide / La Croqueta / Inside-Inside
J) Roll-Tap-Tap-Roll
Each excersize should be done 4 times each and then rest for 45 seconds before moving to the next exercise.
After the 1st 5 exercizes you can add another minutes rest if needed.
Dribbling and receovery dribble should be done @ sharp and quick pace.
