The key element to turning correctly is foot placement
For this turn going from cone A - round cone B and back to cone a turning to the right the left foot is the key foot
When the player approaches cone B the aim is to plant the left foot behind the cone but at a 90' angle
Planting the left foot behind cone B eliminates extra steps
The next right foot print should be pointing directly back at cone A - this prevents any twisting of the right leg when under load

srpint from cone a to cone b and back to cone a
Go around cone a then around cone b to cone c and back to cone a to finish
Repeat the drill after 3 mins break if training
Repeat after 6 minutes if testing
To improve turning in the other direction start the drill at cone c the next session
