SET UP: 4 cones in a shape of a square, 2 poles or cones 10 meters from jail, 1 football
KEY POINTS:
Start in the aquare juggling ten times. You can use any combination of juggling, so once you hit ten juggles break out of jail with pace to one of the poles dribble around and come back to jail.
That count as one repetition.
Complete 10 repetitions to hit 1 set.
Complete 3 sets.
This drill has a shorter length of intensity but it's good to incorporate different length of intervals as you are not always going 100% for 30 seconds and resting 30 seconds. In a normal game it's all different lengths of intensity so it makes sense to train to be flexible and prepared as you can happen at any time during a game. This looks eaasy but once you have proceed in that second and third set it can be really tugh and challenging
