This session is specifically focusing on the keepers using their feet to adjust & the ball to be distributed from the ground, all these exercise can be alter to be done for throwing or volleys out of hands.

Keepers have 2 touch to control and pass the ball
Coaching Points:
- Adjust feet control
- Adjust feet pass
- Angle of support to help open body to recieve on back foot
- Don't stretch for the ball or to pass
- Remain focused
- Communication
Progression:
- Sequence will go 2 touch, 1 touch, 2 touch, 1 touch

A different exercise to focus on adjust feet to control the ball and pass
Coaching points are same as previous exercise
Progression:
- Keepers pass to middle keeper who opens body to play a pass to opposite keeper
- An pass is played to control the ball before passing on floor into the middle keeper them a clipped pass into the opposite keeper

Sequence
- A Scoop Save rolled back to middle keeper
- Control & pass to wide keeper
- Quick movement around the cone to control a pass back (recieve on back foot) & pass over to opposite wide keeper

- A clipped pass from wide to control & a clipped pass to opposite keeper
