ORGANIZATION:
2 Lines facing each other. Between both lines,15 yards out there is a player with a Dummy Defender.
Players in line pass the ball to the player in front of the Dummy, receives and turns with their first tough to get the beat the Dummy, then connect the pass to the next line. The passer then becomes the player turning.
Progression:
- 1/2 combination plays
- Skillful turn
COACHINGPOINTS:
- Demand proper inside/outside of the foot turns
- Demand proper weight of passes
- Quickness and speed of turns.
- Maintain a high tempo and rhythm

ORGANIZATION:
- 3 lines facing the goal
- 1 striker on each line receiving in front of mannequin
Line 1:
Player in line passes to the strikers feet. Striker receives and turns to their right, set up for a right footed shot. The next striker is the player that passed the ball.
Line 2:
Players in line passes to the striker feet. Can turn to their left or right to set up for a shot. The next striker is the player that passed the ball.
Line 3:
Player in line passes to the strikers feet. Striker receives and turns to their left, set up for a left footed shot. The next striker is the player that passed the ball.
PROGRESSIONS:
- 1/2 combination play
- 2 touch mandatory (one to turn, the last to finish)
- Pass is played in the air
COACHINGPOINTS:
- Speed and weight of the pass and turn
- Demand a composed and controlled shot
- Inside of the foot for accuracy
- Laces for power

ORGANIZATION:
- 2 teams (2 lines per team, lines are on opposite sides)
- Red team starts on the attack.
- Blue team starts on defense.
Line 1:
Passes the ball to the player on Line 2 checking in. After passing this player rotates to line 2.
Line 2:
- Checks in to receive the ball from player on Line 1
- Trying to turn with pressure applied from Line 3 and shoot.
- Loses the ball on the turn, player becomes a defender as the Player from the Blue team tries to score on the opposite goal.
Player in line passes to the strikers feet. Striker receives and turns to their right, set up for a right footed shot. The next striker is the player that passed the ball.
Line 3:
- Player comes out to defend the player on Line 2 checking in.
- Wins the ball and can score on the opposing goal.
5-10 minute each team going to goal, then rotate roles.
PROGRESSIONS:
- 1/2 combination play with the passes
- 2 touch mandatory (one to turn, the last to finish)
- Pass is played in the air.
- Add defenders and attackers (2v1, 2v2, 3v2, 3v3)
COACHINGPOINTS:
- Speed and weight of the pass and turn
- Demand a composed and controlled shot
- Inside of the foot for accuracy
- Laces for power
- Relentless pressure from defenders. Not letting the strikers turn
- Strikers checking their shoulders to know where the defender is and where to turn to.

ORGANIZATION:
- Whole group in a circle
- Coach/Trainer in the middle of the circle leading stationary and dynamic stretches
Progression:
- Give the players approx. 5 mins of free stretch
COACHINGPOINTS:
- Players are properly performing the stretches
- Players are stretching what is needed during the free stretch.
