2v1 IN2 4V2 (20 mins)

INSTEAD of 3v3

Start 2 V 1 end line game so 2 v 1 get to the end line turn around and go the other way 7 yard width

2 groups will then join space and together into 4 v 2 end line game, 2 in the middle work to get the ball back and the pair that lose it goes into the defensive pair.

2 V 2 Guantlet (20 mins)

2 V 2 in first box (1) play and try to get ball to next box (2), if successful they join other 2 fowards and go 4 v 2 in final box, once scored the 2 other attackers join the que.

2 new join with a new ball into box 1 and start again (this can start before other box has scored but can only go to next box once called.

If defence win in box 1 they play to box 2, if defenc win in box 2 they have to win a foul to kill ball - if they do their team gets the ball in box 1 next go.

Continous 4 v 4 (40 mins)

1st Team

A - 1 v 3 to start the game

1 tries to score in goal A, if he doesnt the 3 go to the other goal (Joining with 1) against the 3 new defenders and the 1 who jumps back in goal B. If they score a new ball starts a 1V3 going to goal B to re start the process, against 3 NEW defenders.

The previous attack can regain the ball by keeping it before the lines if the turn it over their attack is still live.

If the defence win the ball in the initial attack they can carry out over line to kill off old attack and i go to goal A against a new 3 defenders who have subbed in.

Players to self feed the balls on.

Game is continuous 6 minute stints.
