Player B passes straight across to player A to start the drill then runs diagonally forward. Player A plays the ball straight up to player B who receives upright reverse. Player A then runs diagonally forward to be in line with player B. Player B pases square and again runs forward. Repeat until someone receives at the top of the circle.
*Ball will always either travel straight forward or straight across
**Players will only ever run diagonally
***Emphasize these points! No diagonal passing. Encourage strong accurate passes.
If players do well you can progress to reverse sweeps when passing square from left to right.

Organize players into 2 teams, one behind each top cone with a pile of balls.
One player from each team starts in the box at the top of the D on their side.
The person in the front of the line for Team 1 passes a ball diagonally to the person in Team 2's box.
That person has to receive and shoot with only 2 touches and must stay inside the box the whole time. They then go to the back of their line.
The person at the front of the line for Team 2 passes to the person in Team 1's box and they do the same thing.
Count the number of goals for each team and losing team does a punishment.
Notes:
- Players only stay on their side for a certain number of balls then everyone switches.
- If no goalies, goal only counts if it goes in the far bottom corner)

Player A starts with a ball and eliminates a set of cones.
Player B times their lead around the cones to get to the end when Player A is finished with their elimination.
Player A plays a give-and-go to the outside with Player B, then carries the ball to the left side of the D, eliminates another set of cones and has a shot.
After the give-and-go, Player B runs to get a ball from a pile at the 25 and plays a give-and-go with Player C then has a shot.
Finally, Player C runs and gets a ball from the pile at the 25 and runs in to have a shot.
(Note: if there is a goalie, you can play all rebounds but remember to make sure each shot is finished before the next one happens)
