Organization:
10 x 20 yard grid set up as shown
Instructions:
First player in eachline starts out they dribble out to the second line (line A)and perform a turn they dribble back toward the line they started in and perform a turn at line B once the perform that turn they thn pass the ball back to the opposite side and go to the end of the line.
Coaching Points:
1) Controlled Approach
2) Bend Knees at contact to accelerate away
3) Take away the ball with the nearest surface
4) Positive touch out of your feet into the attcking space
Progressions:
R- Only perfrom one turn
P-Must dribble to end of theoth

Organization:
-10 x 20 yard channel with cones in middle
-4/6 players per channel
Instructions:
-On the coach’s instruction players set off to the middle towards the opposite player
-As players come together in the middle of the area they must make an inside turn around the opposite player and return to the side that they departed from
-The object of the activity is to beat your partner back to your start line
-Play for a set time limit then rotate players
Coaching Points:

P-Increase difficultly of turning actions-inside to outside

12 players (6 attackers, 6 defenders) Set up as shown
1 ball additional around outside
Instructions:
-Teams attempt to score in one of their two designated goals
-One team in the goals labelled A one in the goals labelled B
-If the ball leaves the area it is restarted with a kick in
-Play for a set period of time
Coaching Points:
1) Controlled approach
2) appropriate turn to protect ball or to change direction
3) Bend the knees to create a platform to accelerate
4) Turn into space
5) Take away with the nearest surface
6) Head up after turning for next acton

P- Add goal keepers
R- Reduce numbers to 3v3 or 4v4 have a team rotate in

Team divided into two grops
Each payer has a ball
Instructions:
Players divided into 2 groups one in each channel, there are 4 commands, "Orange" "Green" "red" and "yellow" The first player from each line starts out and completes the required movement based upon the coaches direction.
1)Orange-Player rounds tall cone and returns to end of line
2)Green-Player dribbles out then makes a cut and travels through thegreen gate
3)Red-Player Dribbles Directly out through the red Gate
4) Yellow-Player goes accross other teams grid through the yellow gates
First player over th line gets a point. Play for 2 Minutes then switch sides

2) Turnig technique being used
3) Accelerate away quickly
