Constant transitions - goalkeeper plays ball out to white team, they combine for 2 touch finish, when that ball is striked, they transition to defend quickly to play to their left (against yellows) and defend against them in 2v2 looking to stop them scoring in small goals on opposite end. When that goes dead, yellow transition quickly to defend against blue team in 2v2. If any team wins ball back they can look to score in opposite end

Can we use the gk to break that first line/play us forward into space?
first reactions - lost the ball - get nearest man to delay/press
follow your man - cant run off you into space.

phase of play - opposition formation 1-2-3 (n07,9,11) V 1-2-2-3 (2fb,6/10,no 7,9,11)
Opposition free to attack semi opposed - look to play forward quickly to score - 3 touch, one touch finish - once this phase is over, coach throws a ball into other team to go attack - opposition must transition quickly to get back around and stop them scoring - opposition play forward quickly into the 10/9 & support to get it out to wide players.
Progression - doesnt always have to go into the 9/10 - can we hit the wide areas & get balls into the box.
Coaching points:
Forward quickly - positive play - find the overloads
Support behind the 10/8& beyond the 7/11 (timing and distance)
Commit to the action - bodies in the box

7v7 1-2-1-3 formation for both teams, pitch divided into 2, top 3 all stay high to encourage T2A & forward passes early.

players dribble in to far cone opposite them get around it and pass back straight away for next man to play - open legs, sprint back to your start cone.
2. players dribble into right of diamond around cone and pass back - must be right foot pass back, dribble in with any foot, sprit back
3. dribble into left of the diamond, around cone and pass back left foot only, sprint back
4. player on each inside cone, rest evenly spread on outside cones - play in and get it straight back out - start by passing out to right side (right foot pass) and change to left side - back foot front foot to move the ball quickly.
Coach points:
pass back - might be a clip into your team mate to avoid balls from different directions hitting off each other
attack the ball - come in and meet the ball dont stand still - first touch positive
