Robin Hood (10 mins)

Area:

Create area 10m x10m.

Equipment:

Balls, cones, discs or poles.

Objective:

Each team runs to the middle and dribbles a ball back to their team.only one team member can leave boox at a time and take one ball from centre at time. They high 5 their team mate who can then go and get a ball. Once all balls from centre gone, can steal fom others. Run 2 minutes and the winning team is the team with the highest number of balls. Play 3 times.

Stick in the mud (10 mins)

Area:

Create area 8m x 8m with cones,poles or dics.

Equipment:

Cones,bibs, poles, balls, discs

Objective:

Split the players into 2 teams. one team is in possesion the defending team have a ball in their hands. The team in possesion have a ball at their feet and dribble around trying to avoid the defenders. The defenders have to touch the team in possesions ball. When a ball has been hit the player stands still with his hands out. he can be freed by a team mate who isn't stuck by receiving a high 5. Essentially it is a game of stick in the mud. After 5 mins the teams swap roles and repeat.

Key points:

Encourage players to keep the ball under control with small touches, hide the ball from the opponent.

Multi directional game (20 mins)

Area:

Create area 10m x 10m with cones,discs or poles.

Equipment:

Bibs, cones, poles, discs and balls.

Objective:

Split the players into 2 teams. normal match of multi direction football where ether team can score in any goal however, the next goal can not be scored in the same goal.

Progression:

Both teams have to score in every goal. A coloured cone can be put down to show that goal has been scored. The winning team is the team who have scored in all 4 goals.
