Volcano - Warm Up

Basic warm up game, where the players have to run around the circle but avoiding the volcano erupting from the red cones!

Can they run around as fast, slow, sideways (basic A, B & C's) avoiding the cones. Use zoo animals if they need to remember them!

P1 - can they turn away from the volcano when they get near to it whilst seeing where the space is so they can turn into

P2 - the coaches throw in yellow larva from the volcano they have to trun and avoid now, so avoiding red and yellow coloures cones

P3 - on coaches command they have to be the first player to go and stand next to a red volcano or a yellow larva cone

P3 - remove the yellow cones and add a footbal per child - now dribbling avoiding the red volcano cones

P4 - coaches throw the larva back in so they have to dribble away from both red and yellow cones
