Team playing 'Fly-Keeper' generally have 2 formations.
3-2 (or as it's called 'HOUSE') or
2-1-2 (or 'DICE')
In this illustration you can see that the attacking team have a 2-1-2 attack and I have shaded all the attacking players which looks like a 5 on a dice would hence the name, 'DICE'.

In this HOUSE (3-2) set up, the idea is to make the play across the court and down the side and stopping any diagonal passes to the second post. REMEMBER, THEIR GOAL IS NOW UNPROTECTED. The GK can have as many touches and have the ball as long as she wants while she remains in the attacking half.
Currently, the ball is in the middle, so the defending team (stripes) are set up as a diamond with the front player (pivot) about 10/12 metres from the goal line. No higher because it will allow the attacking team to exploit the space behind the pivot. The wings are narrow. with the fix at the back and the GK ready.

The ball has been passed to the GK and the diamond has now shifted round to the right and it now looks like a box from behind.
Player 1 has moved to block the GK with the ball.
Player 2 has moved around to deal with the player in the right hand corner.
Player 3 has moved around to help stop the diagonal pass and help force the pass across the court.
Player 4 has moved to cover the diagonal pass to the player in the left hand bottom corner of the court.
This means safe pass is down the side or back to the middle attacker

The ball has now been passed to the player in the corner and player 2 goes to close down.
Player 1 drops in to offer support.
Player 3 drops to the edge of the penalty area to close down the space.
Player 4 is looking to stop the post to the far post.
The GK is now set on the near post

The ball has now been passed back to the GK who has dropped a little deeper and the defensive players return to the same positions as in Screen 4 but as the GK has dropped a little deeper, Number 1 doesn't go any further than 12 meters out.

This time, the GK switches the play by passing to the opposite side of the court.
As soon as this happens. WE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE BALL ARRIVES AT THE FEET OF THE RECEIVING PLAYER.
It will be Player 3 who will go to cover that player.
Player 4 will switch to cover the player on the bottom left hand court.
Player 2 now becomes the back player blocking the diagonal pass to the player in the bottom right hand corner of the court.
The GK also switches side.
This continues until they make a bad pass and we intercept with the aim of shooting at the goal ASAP or if they shoot and our GK catches it they can then shoot into the open net.

As you can see in this diagram the outside of the attacking team with their 3-2 formation looks like a house!
