40 x 30 or about half field depending on numbers
Divide players into groups of 4-6 dependng on numbers (each group gets different color vest)
- Group A is passing and moving on the inside of the box through the interference of the other groups
**Focus on their technical passing, receiving, awareness of space, and angles of support
-Group B is passing and moving on the outside of the box (one member of the group allowed on the inside of the box at a time)
- Group C (each member has a #) players dribbling on the inside of the box. When coach yells players # they explode out of the playing area to strike a shot on either goal. They retrieve (jog no walking) their balls and return to dribbling inside the square.
**Focus on their technique, emphasis on using their but utilizing all surfaces to manipulate the ball
Switch roles after 2 minute (Do 2 repititions)

3v3 or 4v4 depending on numbers
start small 20x20 (I want to see how they play in tight spaces) about 15 minutes
Focus on there touch is in tight spaces
4v4 or 5v5 (play a diamond or a diamond plus one)
Expand to 30x30 or 30x40
Focus on awarness of space, fitness

Players dribble in box while coach instructs players to perform various skills: Scissors, Step-over, sole drags.... etc (Does not have to be in order)
1. 100 free touches (every 5 touches perform a skill and accelerate 5 yards after skill)
2. 50 toe touches - Not moving
3. 50 foundation (penguin) touches - Not moving
4. 50 toe touches - Moving
5. 50 foundation (penguin) touches - Moving
6. 100 touches inside/outside outside/inside - alternating feet
7. 100 Juggles (feet, thighs, chest, head)
