Skill Phase:
two teams set up in area suitable to players and age.
start unopposed, players play multidirectional. When receiving the ball from GK you must stop ball in side gate and turn. time limit to see who can visit the goalkeeper the most times.
Progress to attacking overload, ball always starts with GK, play to reds who must get ball to end goals, if blue win ball they score on GK. Time limit and rotate positions, team with most goals win.
Add retreat line for realism if needed.

Set up
- 4 defenders (Reds) start off near the goal line
- 4 attackers will start off on the oposite side of the field
- 1 of the defenders will play a ball over to one of the attackers (Blues)
Game Description
Once the defender plays the ball out to the attacker, the defenders will have to close down and mark up. Attackers role is to simply pass and move and try to score a goal. Defenders job is to win the ball back and try to pass and move and enventually play a pass to there team mate (Midfielder) on the cone.

Players start with invisible soccer, players must keep possession by passing and moving the ball unopposed but if players do not make conditions then other team get point.
Conditions: ball stop, players stop, dont receive before a pass, ball leaves square etc.
Progress:
players have certain amount of balls in group and on command, 1 player goes into the other square to steal all balls, once a ball stolen players can receive a pass. Group keeps their balls longest win.
