Player then presses the square to win the ball back.
One player has to emerge from the square with the ball. 2 ways this can be done, player either uses a pass to the player in the square or beats his opponent with a dribble.
Players must stay within the area marked.

Player emerges with ball into the middle then plays a pass to the other square and presses opposite side.

Advancement to 3 teams of 2.
Yellows have to make a minimum of 3 passes while pressed by one blue, before making a switch pass to reds.
2nd blue player can only press once the ball enters the square.
If blue intercept the ball they swap with the team in the square.

Once players gain understanding the ball can be intercepted from the switch pass, encouraging accurate passing.
