Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Sharks and Minnows

Sharks and Minnows

20 x 30 area

Players all have a pinnie tucked into the back of their shorts (like a minnow tail). When coach calls out "HERE COMES THE SHARK" the shark comes in and attempt to pull a players minnow tail out of their shorts and place it on the ground, the player then dribbles their ball over to coach and do 5 windhsield wipers and magically their tail grows back!! They are back in the game.

Variations:

1)Player does 5 toe taps

2)Players all continue pulling minnow tails out and hold onto those in their hand and games continues until all players have had their minnow tail pulled out.
