Organization:
1.10 x 20 yard area with 2 x 5 yard area either end, set up as shown
2.Players work in teams
3.One ball per team
Instructions:
1.Players must look to loft the ball into their partner’s area
2.Their partner must attempt to control the ball without leaving their area
3.If they are successful they score, if the ball leaves the area they don’t score
4.Play for a set time limit then rotate the players
Progressions/Regressions:
1.P – Increase service distance
2.P – Reduce controlling area
3.R – Reduce service distance

1. 40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 players set up as shown
3. 4 balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. The distance between player A to B is 15 yards, B to C 15 yards
2. Player A plays a ball to player B for a wall pass. Player B then turns and heads towards player C
3. Player A then plays a ball to player C, who receives the ball and plays to player B for a wall pass
4. Play B then turns and heads back towards player A while Player C plays a ball to player A
5. Time limit of 1-2 minutes

Organization:
Three teams of four players, each set up in their own zone.
Instructions:
White team at one end must make five consecutive passes before looking to switch the ball to the other white team in the opposite end zone. Meanwhile the blue team may send two players in to win the ball. If successful they pass back to the blues in the middle zone..
Coaching Points:
- Quality of short passing, first touch, communication and movement to posses the ball in the 4v2.
- Quality of long pass to switch the ball.
- Timing of long pass - Don't force it.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Make it a competition between the three groups.
- Add/remove defenders
-Increase/decrease size of areas

Players are juggling, they take three touches and then on the fourth touch play the ball higher into the air, they should then try to cushion the ball down to control the ball out o the air.
