Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): 1v1 - Keeping ball under pressure

1v1 - Keeping ball under pressure (30 mins)

Organisation - 10x10 boxes. 2 teams of 6 players

1 ball per team, 1 player from each team in each zone. Ball starts in either end with player.

Ball is played into nearest box where the player needs to try to transfer the ball into next box to TM. If Defender wins the ball - returns to start point.

Players must stay in their boxes. If TM isn't available to pass to then must maintain possession by keeping the ball, can recycle back but the ball must be played back in 1st time into either the previous player or a rotating player from another box.

Competition - Team to transfer the most balls.

- Ability to look after the ball under pressue

- Awareness of whats arround you

- Timing of movement to get onto the ball and affect play

P - Allow rotation of players ( must have 1 in each box )
