Technique Rep
Organization:
3 different color cones. 2 players per group
Instructions:
One player will be designated to touch a color cone. The mirroring player will have to follow and touch the cone with the technique of a poke tackle
Coaching Points:
use front foot to toe touch

be ready and attentive of which color will be next

Semi/Opposed game
Organization:
Same as above
Instructions:
The defender will come from the side and try to poke the ball out of the grid to get the point. The attacking team will have to score the goal on the zone.

Condiioned game
Organization:
2 goals on the side
Instructions:The attacking player will now have the opportunity to score on the 2 goals or the zone. The defender must poke the ball out and stop the play. If the ball is in play and the defender gets the ball then the defender is now able to score on the goals or the designated zone
