X Plays across to O and joins the back of O's line. O takes a touch with either inside of left or right and explodes through the goal. O then goes to the back of X's line

X Plays across to O and joins the back of O's line. O takes a touch across the body with either inside of left or right and passes diagonally with the inside of the other foot through the cones to the target. O then takes place of the target. The target player dribbles to the back of the X line
Progress:
Targets inside of cones backpeddle, receive with the back foot and play X. They then go to the back of X's line

WARM UP: PARMAR TOUCHES IN THREES
Multiple groups of three players. Two balls per group. The two players with balls remain on their knees with their balls. The lone other player does the work
Play for 60 seconds then immediately change and start playing. No delays, play fast
Progression:
STRAIGHT (2 balls)
1. Two players on their knees, roll balls straight to player who receives with the inside of the closest foot and plays back with the same foot (2 touch)
2. Two players on their knees, roll balls straight to player who receives and plays back with the inside of the closest foot (1 touch)
3. Two players on their knees, roll balls to player who receives and plays back with the outside of the closest foot (1 touch)
DIAGONAL (1 ball)
4. Two players on their knees, roll balls to player diagonally who receives and plays back with the inside of the closest foot (1 touch)
STRAIGHT VOLLEY (2 balls)
5. Two players on their knees, toss balls straight to player who volleys back with the inside of the closest foot (1 touch)
DIAGONAL VOLLEY (1 ball)
6. Two players on their knees, toss balls to player diagonally who receives and plays diagonally back with the inside of the closest foot (1 touch)
STRAIGHT VOLLEY (2 balls)
7 Two players on their knees, toss balls straight to player who volleys back with the instep (laces) of the closest foot (1 touch)
