Organization:
1.- Set up a 20 x 25 yard area as shown
2.- Set up players as shown
3.- 2 soccer ball on play; 1 per each side ( 4 extra soccer balls off the area in case it be needed) as shown
Instructions:
1.- Player A dribbles the ball out ( 5 yards ), and will pass it through the blue gate (outside curl ) to B
2.- Player B, after receiving a pass from A, having ball under control will pass (Outside Curl ) to C
3.- Player C as soon receives the ball from B, becomes A and will perform same activity.
4.- Rotation of players: A becomes B, B becomes C, C becomes A
Coaching Points:
1.- Angle of approach straight
2.- Supporting foot placed behind the ball
3.- Contact is made on the inside of the ball with the outside of the foot
4.- Follow through with the ankle rotating away from the body
Progressions:
1.- Player A will play the ball into space ( In between the two blue gates )

Organization:

2.- Set up players as shown ( 2 Attackers, 2 Defenders, 2 Target players
3.- 1 soccer ball on play; ( 5 extra soccer balls off the area in case it be needed) as shown
Instructions:
1.- Teams set up in the three different zones (defenders in the middle zone, attackers and target players at the end)
2.- Attacking team pass amongst themselves (only using two touches) till every person on the team touches the ball
3.- Players score a point if they can get the ball through (Passing Outside Curl) to the target team without the defending team stopping the ball
4.- Players score 2 points if the ball travels through the defending team on the ground without being touched
5.- If the defending team stops the ball, they switch with the team that lost possession
6.- If the ball goes out play restarts with the team who were receiving the ball
Coaching Points:
1.- Angle of approach straight
2.- Head up to observe your target
3.- Specific Technique
4.- Weight and Accuracy of Pass
5.- Disguise your pass
6.- Look for the opening between players
Progressions:
P – Only allowed one touch
P – Send a defender in to pressure the ball
R – Take out touch restrictions
R – Decrease the defending zone

Warm-up (15 mins)
Organization:

Instructions:
1.- 2 players start off dribbling the ball towards the assigned gate in the middle area
2.- Once players has gotten to the middle, players will pass the ball in through the blue gate at opposite side of the area.
3.- Players after passing the ball will follow the pass, and take position behind the last player in the opposite side of the area.
4.- Players will be waiting for the ball behind the blue gate, perform a good receiving first touch; and repeat the same process
Coaching Points:
1.- Angle of approach straight
2.- Supporting foot placed behind the ball
3.- Contact is made on the inside of the ball with the outside of the foot
4.- Follow through with the ankle rotating away from the body
Progressions:
1.- Perform same exercise, but without gate in the center area
2.- Perform the exercise with both feet ( left - right )
