Description:

Players on each team assigned a number based on amount of players

Players have one ball and pass it with their hands while playing tag.

Progressions:

1) Transfer tag game to a rondo with players in possession having 2 balls ( one will be passed with their hands and the other with their feet)

2) Add another ball for their hands

Coaching points:

How can we transfer the move mentality from the tag game to a rondo?

10m square area play 1v1 with players outside as targets

Adjust numbers as needed

Description:

Play for 2 minutes and switch.

Players go N/S or W/E in order to score points

Players can use all 4 targets.

Progressions:

1) teams will have specific targets either N/S or E/W.

2) for older players add goals and let targets move around the square(outside)

Coaching points:

Incentive dribbling

Use the whole space to move

Create number superiority in order to progress to opposite side

Description:

Play for 2 minutes and switch.

Only can score dribbling through the cones.

Progressions:

1) Open game no restrictions.

Teams can score in any net as long is in the opposite

side of initial possession

Attacking team cannot occupy the same grid

Defenders can move freely

Progressions:

1) Neutrals can move around (all sides of outside space)

2) No restrictions for attacking team

2) Neutrals can jump in but can't score
