Front players split to allow a long throw into striker.

Organisation

Line up as shown with a left and right footed player close together.

Player 9 occupies a defender but then acts as a blocker to allow 7a free run into the box.

Player 10 tries to lose his man to get on the end of the cross.

Player 7 is there as back up unless he gets there first (10 adjusts run).
