Overlapping & underlapping triangle passing with cross and finish
pass and move combination
same pattern as first part of session however we position the play to start in specific areas of the pitch and end with a pass cross and finish.

overlapping & underlapping triangle pattern into 3v2 attacking phase
now have defenders with each group have 20 seconds to score starting from the first pass in the pattern phase
Defenders start on the base line either side of the goal until the attackers have completed the pattern phase, then they can advance and Deflect deny delay defend.

Players pass the ball and follow their pass, overlap the player they just passed to and run on to their coloured cone intime to reveive and pass to the next player.
player on the red cone passes and runs to the next red cone via over lap.
player on the yellow cone passes and runs to the next yellow cone via over lap.
player on the white cone passes and runs to the next white cone via over lap.
the process then repeats until you conplete the course.
