Distance100m ( between red cones 85% speed )

Recovery 40s. x 6 Sets ( Aiming 600m x 2 blocks ( rest 2 mins post 6 sets )=1200m

Run B) Added Turns 18-18-36 yards =72 yards total 

Recovery 35-45s x 5 sets ( Aiming 360 Yards x 2 blocks ( rest 2 mins post 5 sets) =720 yards
