• "Train setup"
• Players Bouncing 
• Full backs stay back 
• 4 edge of the box - back if needed
• Keeper high
• 3 signals ( 1 hand front post , 2 hands back post , bouncing ball pulled back to 4)

KEY MESSAGES:

• 8 always runs for a short 
• 10 goalkeepers toes 
• 9 front area 
• 5 back area 
• 6 front area also 
• 11 goes in the box then back out ( first attacker and first defender) 
• Players in the train setup must be blocking eachother.
