-Area 30x20 divided into 4 rectangle areas (15x10). The 4 rectangular areas consist of 4 mini-rondos, within a larger area to help players understand distances, angles and areas of the pitch to work in.
-7vs.4 with 4 x Attackers (Red 2, 3, 5 and 9) placed on a line of the rondo and remaining 3 x Attackers (Red 6, 8 and 10) in the central area against 4 x Defenders (Yellow 6, 8, 9 and 10).
-Only 1 x Defender allowed in a rectangular area at any one time, although they can rotate, and only 1 x Attacker in a rectangular area at any time, with rotation to be coached and encouraged.

Instructions:
-Red Team (Attackers): Maintain positions and possession of the ball with the emphasis on going forward from Centre Back Red 5 to Forward Red 9, rotating through the middle.
