SETUP: AS MANY BALLS / 3 FLATS OR MARKERS / 2 COLOURS OF BIBS
AREA SIZE: PEN BOX and 5 yards beyond for 3N
|
EXPLANATION: 3v3 play in the pen box. On coaches shout, the player that demands the ball from A best is passed and his team attacks goal. If they score, they recieve a new ball straight away from B. This keeps happening until a shot is missed wide. Play restarts from the next letter and the roles reverse. Defenders become attackers, attackers become defenders. If defenders steal or gk catches they role to any neutral and play from that ball.First team to 10 goals wins and rotate neutrals.

PROGRESSIONS:Limit touches in box. Could be additional goal for 1 touch finish. Could be a timed limit than goal limit if looking for equal gametime in middle.
