Organization:
same organization as first activity, but a line of 5 cones off to each side
Instructions:
Player A combines with player B through a wall pass, player B must move immedtaely after returning the ball to player A and recieve a pass through the cone gate and shoot from an angle
After shot, collect ball and quickly dribble through line of cones
Player A moves into Player B starting positin
Coaching Points:
head down
Body moving forward
Toes pointed slighlty down, striking ball with inside of foot, ankle locked,
Wrap your foot around the ball and finish slightly above the equator
Rotate hips and shoulders towards shooting target after ball leavs the foot
plant foot pointed in direction you want the shot to go

Prog: 1 touch shot

Organization: 20x30 grid, divided into three 10x20 sections
Instructions:
3v1 in the two defensive grids, 4 passes then the player on the ball moves forward into middle grid for an uncontested shot. The striker in the opposing team's box makes herself available for a rebound
Goal from middle grid = 1 point
Goal off rebound = 2 points
Coaching Points:
Rotate hips and shoulders towards shooting target after ball leavs the foot
Look up before shot, head down when making contact
Aim for corners
Progressions/Regressions:
Prog: 2 attackers can move forward in the middle grid and can actively look for rebound

same field as previous activity, but now is open play (scrimmage)
