3v3+1 - After 3 passes ball can go into striker/then winger to get a delivery into the box.
4x3 Min Rounds.
ST has up to 3 touches, Winger up to 3 touches.
Progression - Out of possession team must recover 1 player into the box to defend.
RD 2 - Can go directly into the winger to recover/attack the goal.
Delay / Dictate / Deny
Essential each action is maximum effort, recover to defend the ball into the box.
