Passing and moving the ball up the pitch

Players pass ball across the grid. once pass is made the player moves to the empty cone. Player receiving pass then passes to a different player and runs to the cone vacated by the previous player.

Good weight of pass.
Keeping head up to look for pass and to avoid players running across area.
Moving quickly and ready to receive pass.

Player one passes to player 2, player 2 controls on the turn and passes into the space in front of player 3
Weight of pass from player 1 to player 2.
Good first touch from player 2, moving to receive the pass and adjusting body to play next pass.
Head up to look for run of player 3.

Player 3 runs onto pass from Player 2. Player makes run down the wing with the ball and plays Pass into space for Player 4 to time their run onto.
Good first touch from Player 3 to get the ball out of their feet and keep ball under control.
Timing of run from Player 4 to run towards goal.
Head up to play pass into space for Player 4.
Players 4 retreives ball and players more round, Players 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-start
Play restarts with player 5.

Conditioned Game
Normal 5v5 game, no goalkeepers. Game restarts with throw-in from side, kick in from behind goals.
One point if normal goal scored, 3 points if ball is worked from box to box and goal scored.
Both teams can use boxes on the right an left of the pitch to courage more open play.

Fifa 11+ warm up (10 mins)
Players perform Fifa 11+ warm-up as shown on the attached sheet. This warm up is performed on the area as set up in diagram, before training and games each week and has been shown to reduce injuries sustained.
