- Similar drill, but this time at about mid way point players exchange balls and then shoot with the ball left by a partner
- It is still a competition so keep the score

Warm up game
Organisation:
- A rectangle split in half with a white line
- 2 teams of players on their own half
- 2 small squares of cones in each half
- 1 flag (use bibs) in squares diagonally opposite
Instructions:
- The aim of the game is to steal a flag from the other team and bring it to our half
- Once you have crossed the half way line, you can be tagged, on your half you're safe
- If you break to the box where the flag is, the defenders can't enter that box, so you can wait for the right opportunity to get back to your half
- There can be more than 1 player breaking into the oppositions box
- If you get tagged, you go to prison (the other box without the flag)
- You can be freed from prison, by one of your team mates, who runs to that prison and tags you
- Once the flag is stolen and brought to our half, the game ends
Coaching points:
- Good game for warm up, because it requires a lot of changes of direction and awareness of space
