Setup:
Two squares per 4/5 players. Adjust size to group skill. Under each blue cone is an orange cone (Nemo). 1 player on each side of square.
Description
4 players and 1 waiting. On coach command, players begin passing ball around grid. They have to touch each player once before beginning sequence again. After every 10th pass, the player that makes the 10th pass can change one stacked cone from a blue cone (Bruce) to a orange cone (Nemo). The player waiting replaces that player and play continues.
If a player makes a mistake on receiving or passing (i.e. loses the ball), they have to change a cone back to blue, and next player comes in. First team to get all cones to Nemo wins.
Progression:
Add extra player to middle. Same game. Rules for passing are: If receiving from an edge player, play middle. If receiving from middle, must play to an edge player.
Coaching Points:
- Be aware of third pass on both grids. Be ready (Awareness)
- Pass away from defender
- Be open to at least 2 players
- Good form on pass, even under pressure.
- Defenders try to force into bad position.

Setup:
Same setup as Finding Nemo. Add Grid if needed. Setup a bunch of blue cones in box, with a dory picture or likeness under 1 cone. Pinnies used to differentiate teams.
Description
Rondo (4v1) in one square to start game. They attempt to make three successful passes in a row. Upon completing third pass, team passes the ball across to the waiting 3 players on opposing team. Then, the person that made the pass goes to play defense in that grid. While, the last defender (blue above) rejoins teammates to create a 4v1. If a defender wins ball, he simply tries to pass it across to his team, and then the person that lost it goes to play defense in other grid.
If, and only if, a team successfully makes 3 passes and transfers the ball, they get to send a player over to peek under a cone to try to find hidden Dory. If they are unsuccessful, they set cone out of play and rejoin their grid. They have to hurry to get back because the ball may come back into their grid soon.
Play until Dory is found.

Bruce Is Hungry Warmup
set up:
30x30 square with several blue cones/pinnies around edge.
1 Ball
Description
Bruce is Hungry Players begin passing ball around to keep possession. Everyone vs. 1 defender. Player in the middle holds a blue cone on his head/wears a pinnie, and He is Bruce. Bruce tries to win the ball. After 5 passes, the player who made the 5th pass goes to grab a blue cone/pinnie to put on there head/wear, and they become a shark with Bruce. Continue in this fashion until someone loses the ball or there are 3 players left. The person that loses the ball becomes Bruce and all other cones/pinnies are put back on edge.
Coaching points:
Find space away from the ball and other players to make it harder on the sharks. (Don't sucked in)
Move the ball to other parts of the grid ("Make the shark move and chase"); Don't keep ball in 1 area.
Pass with good rolling, accuracy, and pace
Don't face ball on reception; face where you want ball to go. (Open)
Pass and move somewhere else.
All players stay active and don't stand still.
