SET UP
10 x 10 yard grids
4-5 players per grid
3 on one end, 2 on the opposite end
Defenders stay on 1 side attackers stay on their side.
OBJECTIVE

- too close you get beat on 1st or 2nd touch

get touch tight be prepared to move either way
watch players feet if they turn with inside of foot step in
if they turn with outside of foot you need to win tackle o 2nd touch their 1st touch would be between you and the ball

SET UP
Goalie
4 cones
4 players at each cone, extra players stand behind cone, ready to play after shot is taken from group 1. (Red 1, 2, 3, 4)
OBJECTIVE
Play into striker who then plays a wide pass into space for the outside mid fielder to run onto.
They then play a cross into the box and red 2, 3, and 1 attack cross and try and score.
1 passes into 2
2 passes into space to 4 (shaded area)
4 plays a cross into the box
2 attacks central, 3 attacks back post, 1 stays at the top of the box to attack anything high.
Have extra players at each cone to continue the drill, once group 1 attacks
PROGRESSION
- add a defender.
- add 2 defenders.
- take the ball to the goal line and play a pass back to the top of the box for the CM (red 1)
