Description:
Activity starts with a pass fro the coach in the mid line. Right or left side. Goalkeeper receiving the pass has 2 touches to finish.
Rotation: Shooter becomes the goalkeeper, goalkeeper get the ball and go to the line

Coaching Points:
- Break aways: square toes, knees and shoulders - keep knee off the ground, legs tight and hands out
. What define what knee to drop is side of the ball and attacker stromg foot
- Split save: Position of hands and chest are important to cover more space.
