Ball gets passed to player in square who tried to take a first touch to lead them to their next pass to any of the other players

Focus on foot movement with hips adjusting 

Add: 1v1 element - wherever the ball first touch goes, player in square tries to beat the defender at that cone

Extended Game Play

5v5 Q Pitch

A player from each team inside the square in the middle of the pitch

Attacking team MUST use their Square Player before they can try to score. SP must lead to receive ball and try first touch to space they want to drive into. Once they have the ball, they can join the attack. Defending team player has to stay in square (numbers overload for attack)

If attacking team lose the ball, they need to send a player back into the square to contest the opposition team

If there is a GK, include a scoring D/or allow players to shoot from anywhere and award points to GKs who manage to clear ball back to their own player, double the points if the player gets it to their SP/scores a goal etc

If no GK, set scoring contraints - smaller D or have to deflect the ball or score from a cross pass etc
