Time: 25 minutes
Set up:
-Same grid set up.
-2 groups of players.
-Red 1-2-2
-Blue GK-2-2
-Spare players top and bottom grid to rotate
Exercise:
-Server red plays ball into red MC.
-They all combiune and aim to score.
-Reds have 6 seconds to get shot of.
-If lose ball deep lyer server resumes exercise. Same if score or shot saved.
-Rotate spare players on and off after 3 plays.
-After 10 minutes switch reds and blues around.

-Work opening for scoring chance.
-Fast paced passing and movement.
-Working together to create scoring chances.

Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-2 pitches of 60x35 split into 3 zones. Make attacking thirds 5 yards bigger than central.
-Players split into 3 even teams and all split into each zone with spare team C on sides and by goals.
Exercise:
-C player on side serves ball into central zone.
-Red and blue compete for ball and team who wins ball aims to get ball into inal thrid to score.
-Whoever gains possessions can use common players.
-Common players move into parrarel respective zones.
-Defending team cannot move zones but attacking team can.
-If ball goes out of play or goal play restarts with serve into middle again.
-Play 10 minute games and switch teams and their roles.
Key Points:
-Can they exploit the space in attacking third,
-Can they get a shot off quickly.

Time: 20 Minutes
Set Up:
-3 grids of 30x20.
-Goal on each.
-5 stations
-Player on each station with excess at 1.
Exercise:
-Ball starts with player at station 1.
-Players pass and move in number order with final player shooting for goal.
-Play sequence 1-5 for 3 minutes then change sequence.
-Sequence 2 is 1-3-4-5-2 shoot.
-Then 1-5-3-2-4 shoot
-Then 1-5-4-2-3 shoot.
Key Points:
-Fast paced passes.
-Sharp movement off stations.
-Target shot after no longer than 6 seconds.
