1v1 attack and defend
Equipment = 4 small goals ,1 ball per player
Setup = pich size 20x20, places 4 small goals on each side opposite each other
Instructions
Player 1 starts by dribbling to the middle and shooting at the opposite goal, as soon as they got their shot away player 2 sets off dribbling to shoot at the opposite goal but player 1 now becomes a defender to try and stop player 2 from scoring, if player 2 beats player 1 and gets a shot away player 3 sets off dribbling and player 2 defends, if player 1 gains possession off player 2 then he can try and score in player 2s goal to gain an extra point for their team, keep the rotation going.

5v5 transition with mini goal
Setup as shown in diagram 3 defenders and 2 attackers in each half with 2 mini goals on each end
Instructions
play starts with defenders who play a number of passes before trying to pass into the attackers, the defender who passes into the attackers then follows his pass to make a 3v3 in the attacking half ,if attackers lose possession then one of them return to their own half and play continues from the other defenders who then have to play a number of passes before tryin to find their attacking players

Ball mastery with agility
Equipment = 4 hurdles ,2 ladders ,4 stand up cones ,4 poles, 6 red small cones, 5 small yellow ,supply of balls
Setup = spread out the equipment as shown in diagram and make two turning/trick triangles in the space available, next to each activity place a cone approx 5-10 yard depending on ability.
Instructions
Split players into two equal groups, place one group on the cones at the side of each activity, the other group with a ball each and dribble around using the available space, whilst dribbling players are to play a pass to a player on a cone get through the activity as instructed by coach and recive their ball back and carry on dribbling to a different activity and repeat ,players are to use the turning/trick triangle when entering a triangle players peform a trick or turn and carry on dribbling.
