3 cone passing drill.
2 players stand behind 3 cones with a 1 player having a ball with 1 goal keeper working, or both players having a ball when 2 goal keepers are working.
Goal-keeper moves over to each end of the cone to receive the ball, calling out the players name and type of pass to receive.
Goal-keeper then takes a touch outside of body to play to other receiver and repeat on the other side.
Progression:
Goal-keeper controls the ball using other types of touches. (outside of foot) the plays the ball to a selected target outside the area.

Footwork and handlind drill.
Goal-keeper moves over hurdels/cones then receives a volley from server centre. As the goal-keeper collects, server plays a low-mid height ball to the side of the keeper to make a diving save.
Progression:
On the servers call the keeper either continues the same drill of the server can play a quick ball to one of the on rushing strikers who can either shoot first time or play a first ball across goal for the keeper to come and collect or press the receiver.

Square movement drill.
Keeper stand in middle of 4 cone/marker square, each point is given a number that the server will call, once called out the keeper quickly moves over and returns to the middle to collect a shot from the server.
Once the keeper has saved he can play the ball out to the outside strikers by either rolling or throwing.
Strikers again have the choice to take a touch and shoot at the keeper or take a touch down the line to cross for the other striker and force the keeper into a decision.

Depending on numbers, 1v1 or 2v2. first phase begins with 2 touch to return over the line.
Progression: Keepers can catch the ball mid-air and set to partner to spike when in 2v2.
If playing 1v1 players are abe to set to selves then spike.
