Session Topic - crossing and finishing
objective- to develop numerical advantage in wide area to create opportunity through crosses.

1. Coach work on yellow team.
2. Area - Half field.
3. While defending crosses both CB can come and defend and if they win the ball they can score on small goalpost.
3. 1st ball start with no. 8 - he will pass to No. and create 2v1 with defender and finish the ball
2nd ball - start with no 10 - he will play 1 to 1 with no. 8 after that pass to no. 11 then no. 11 dribble the ball inside and create the space for wing back( no. 5) on wide area to cross.
3rd ball - start with no. 6 - he will pass the ball no. 7 and no . 7 dribble the ball on line after that back pass to no. 2 then no. 2 will cross the ball inside.
Variation - change the crossing role of both wing backs.
Progression - Add one defender in wide area.

2. Coach work on blue team.
3. Ball start with blue TEAM GK.
4. Condition - only one player is allowed in wide area from red team while defending.
5. Progression - Add 2 more player in red team after that free game.
Coaching Point - width and depth, create 2v1 in wide area, mobility, combination play to explore wide area and create crossing opportunity, type and timing of cross, timing of run, quality finishing, ready for rebound.

1. Player will perform the exercise according to the pic.

3. Distance - according to the quality and age of players.
4. Player will do wall pass and overlap on other side.
5. Progression - Players will pass and then he will support for the wall pass
Supporting player will receive the ball first and according to his first touch other player will position himself for support.
