Rondo Fast switch.
3 rondos with 10-12 players each
Create duos (or a player on the right/left).
Play regular rondo, and as soon someone makes a mistake, him and his duo need to step fast to steal the ball back. The ball doesn't stop.
If the possession players complete 10 passes, defenders need to steal 2 balls to be possession players.
This exercise demands communication, awareness and fast reaction, focus on trasitions.

Switching sides + breaking lines
Three 6 players teams will play always 6v3 situations, where the team with the ball must complete 5 passes and switch the game to the opposite side of the square.
In the example if blue steals the ball, they will recover and imediately pass the ball to Black, and yellow will keep 3 players in the middle box, and send 3 players on the 6v3 against black.
If black manages to make 5 passes and sucessfully passes the ball to Blue (that recovered the ball before), the 3 players in yellow that were in the middle box go try to steal, the players that were on the 6v3 against black, will be in the middle box.
Details: We can keep the players in the middle in specific channels or not, creating or not free passing angles to switch the game.
