Organisation / Explanation
GK + 13 field players
Players operate in groups of 3 as per diagram.
A plays B who drops a pass back to A. A takes a touch and plays a killer pass between the manikins to C. C runs in behind the manikins and must stay onside.
After B has passed back to A, he bends his run to the furthest post to score from C's cross.
Sequence goes both right and left
Coaching Cues
The weight of the killer pass should allow C to cross first time
The pass from A should try to see the ball slowing down 1 - 2 meters from the bye line.
Progression:
Play killer pass first time
Introduce dynamic exercises
